How To Pay For A Course on TrainingCAL


Payment

If you chose to take a course in TrainingCAL that has a cost associated with it, a payment screen will be displayed.  You have two options:

  1. CREDIT CARD: The primary payment method is by Credit Card.  Simply enter your credit card in the payment screen.   Once approved, you immediately have access to the course.  An email confirmation/receipt will be sent for your records.  This is the most simple payment method.

  2. PURCHASE CREDITS: If you cannot pay with a credit card, we offer the option to pay with "credits".   This option involves TechniCAL invoicing you, which means you will not have access to the online course until payment is received.  To pay with credits, contact TechniCAL to purchase credits for TrainingCAL.

Invoices

Once you have paid for a course, you can download an invoice for your records (showing the payment) from your personal account in TrainingCAL.   To do this, log into TrainingCAL, point to your name at the top of the navigation bar, and click My Payments on the drop-down list.  On the Payments page, you can see all your purchased courses and export the respective invoices to PDF files by clicking the download symbol on the right.
